Hello Pack 55!!!

There are lots of opportunities coming up for the Pack youth and families to participate in Scouting. Your den leaders have begun to schedule den meetings. Remember that Den meetings are where the work toward advancement happens. Try to make it to the den meetings or make up the work at home if possible.

Camporees may be required for some advancements, but in general our Pack meetings and Pack level activities are just really great fun opportunities to learn something new and the Cubmaster will often tie a point of the Scout Law to the meeting. Cub Scouting is family Scouting. Parents are expected to get involved and have some fun too!

A few notes since the last email: There is some construction going on at my house, so please drop off checks for the Fieldstation: Dinosaurs trip to 40 Berkeley Circle, Basking Ridge NJ. (the treasurer and committee chair will get them there).
